*Lawn Maintenance*

We offer one time, weekly & seasonal lawn care service. We cut are lawns to a healthy 2.5"-3" height. Grass around buildings, fences, planting beds will be trimmed. Your concrete areas such as walkways, drives & curbs will be edged bi-weekly. Excess grass will be blown from drive, walkways and lawn areas.

*Spring Clean-up*

With are spring clean-up service will give your property that much needed touch up after the winter months. While on the property will remove leaves and winter debris from lawn and planting bed areas. Concrete walks, drives and patios are also mechanically edged. It many cases shredded bark mulch is installed after clean up upon customer request.

*Fall Clean-up*

To protect the turf and maintain a clean appearance as leaves begin to fall, our fall clean-up service includes the removal of leaves, sticks and other debris from all lawn and planting bed areas. We recommend at least two clean-ups during late October and November months.

 

 

*Fertilization*

Fertilization is essential to having that healthy great looking lawn.

  1. First application contains slow release fertilizer with pre-emergent crabgrass control and broadleaf weed control
  2. Second application contains non-burning fertilizer and weed control as needed
  3. Thrid application high nitrogen non-burning fertilizer and weed control as needed
  4. Fourth application contains balanced winter fertilizer and broadleaf weed control.

*Core Aeration*

Even the healthiest lawns can benefit from core aeration. Core aeration removes small cores of soil that allow air, moisture and fertilizer deep into the root system of your lawn. It reduces compaction, increases organic activity and helps to slow build up of thatch. We recommend that two aeration's be done per year to create a healthier turf.

*Mulch Installation*

With a new layer of mulch it adds insulation and protection for your plants. Also with adding a fresh new look to you landscape it cuts down on the weeding during the season. We have a variety of mulches available.
